I suffered a fractured pelvis, and I have a twisted hip bone as a result of a crash, and 10 years later I have chiro every 2 mnths and there is a constant dull ache. But it's doable. I still ride.

I take Green lipped mussel extract which seems to help - I don't click as much as I used to (so it's definitely doing something right!)

Hopefully your bruise will disappear quickly... my bruises (to my squished leg) are still there... If you are lucky, you may heal better than me too - fingers crossed eh!
