Make sure you dont make 2 claims in a month, or they void your policy.

I Lost a phone then the next day got a replacement on insurance. It was excellent service. Later that I dropped the phone off the bike, I went to a vodafone store and the guy at the shop said I have to wait a month before making another claim, which I did. I went into a store today and made the claim. I was told I my claim is refused and my my insurance was now void because I told then that I lost the phone within a month of getting a replacement. I asked the girl on the phone if I had lied and told them I would have lost the phone today (1 month and 2 days after getting the previous replacement) would my claim be successfully and she said yes.

I tried complaining to the manager in store who seemed to not give a fuck. She kept saying the insurance was nothing to do with them, To which I responded I was sold 'Vodafone insurance' so it has everything to do with them. Any way after a bit of an argument I stormed out. Cutting a long story short I rung up customer services told them to cancel my contract when they asked why I told her my story and the girl on the phone said as gesture of good will they will give me a new phone.

So if you do lose your phone twice wait a month before admitting it, Neutral

Anyone with any decent private phone insurers?
