I still find it surprising how many people don't wash their hands after going to the toilet.

So are you a washer or a walker?

For the record, I'm a washer Smile

If one of my fingers strays from the toilet roll in a pass, i will wash my hands after.

If not, i won't.

Used to be a walker but since getting together with my other half a couple of years ago, who has 2 kids from another relationship, I've become a washer as we like to set a good example to them and expect them to wash their hands afterwards too. Thumbs Up

Depends what kind of toiletary activity I partake of. Being that urine is sterile and I don't piss on my own hands, I often walk. But if I'm going for a number two, then I wash.

But don't you get more bacteria living down below than compared to other parts of the body? Your hands would come into contact with them.

Passer by : "did your mother never teach you to wash your hands after going to the toilet?"
Mate: "no, she taught me not to piss on my hands instead"

urine is sterile unless there is something badly wrong with you.

people really ought to wash their cock after touching it with their filthy hands.

I know exactly where my dick has been and what it has been touching since I last washed it, I can't say the same for my hands.

Really, you ought to wash your hands BEFORE going for a piss.

Likewise the bowls of complimentary mints in a restaurant.

My point is that I don't know where its been and don't like the idea of touching stuff after you may have been spreading germs by not washing.

I will wash before and after if my hands aren't clean.

Well, I don't know about you... but I wash myself every day in the shower just after I get up, and I think my hands are more likely to pick up germs throughout the day than what I may be holding in them...

But did she come?? Razz

Anywhoo, if im pissing, im a walker, for the same reasons as Stinkwheel mentioned. If, however, im laying some armoured core, and especially if I happen to breach the hull and shake hands with the french, then its definately soapy water time.

What gets me is those toilets that have state of the art super-hygienic liquid soap dispensers, piping hot water, and industrial super fast hand dryers.

Then you have to PULL the fucking door handle to get out, and coat your hands in all the filth that the 'walkers' left on it. Sick Mad

ahhh..Mudskipper - I had a massive problem with opening public toilet doors after watching that documentary about bacteria!! (where I witnessed that peanut/wee thing)

In the same program, it was confirmed that not washing your hands properly and using the hand dryer will increase the already existing bacteria on your hands by +110%. Needless to say, I never use hand-dryers and dry my hands with clean tissue ONLY.

That bacteria program gave me a wake up call and I became really paranoid when it came to hygiene! I made sure I wrapped my hand in clean loo roll before opening public toilet doors.

And the above is the reason I refuse to shake hands with men.

You've just had your dick sweating away for hours, only occasionally taking it out for air with your hand, and then you come to me to shake mine. Don't think so.

Wash your hands, not to do so is disgusting.
