Not sure what bike you have but RiDE magazine did an aftermarket screen test. The Powerbronze screens were rated as the best replacements, the standard and the Airflow scored 16/20.
Scores:
Price Score
1. Powerbronze Standard £48.75 16
1. Powerbronze Airflow £53.75 16
2. Zero Gravity Dbl Bbl £64.63 15
3. Givi DH253 £58.69 14
3. Pyramid Plastics £65.32 14
4. Fabri Standard £49.98 13
5. MRA tint Double Bubble £58.99 12
5. Pyramid Plastics Standard £42.71 12
(there was more, but I can't be arsed to type anymore). You will have to find a copy of Ride Issue 107 for full article.
All screens were tested on a 2001 GSX-R600. ____________________ "Unlike public school you don't need to have your arse up and your head down to go a long way...." |

I've got an MRA double bubble tint, it's great. It makes a hell of a difference over the standard one ____________________ "There are some things nobody needs in this world, and a bright-red, hunch-back, warp-speed 900cc cafe racer is one of them - but I want one anyway, and on some days I actually believe I need one. I can vouch for power bronze and Skidmarx.
The power screen on the R6 is the best £50 I've ever spent, makes faster speeds much nicer and even improves low speed buffeting too.
The skidmarx on the ZXR was pretty good, chucked more wind over my head and not into my face .
Both were exceptional build quality, and well worth their cash, both look great too! ____________________ Current Toys: 06 Yamaha WR250F | Nissan 350Z GT | Tech 4 Homes |
