|
|
I was out with my instructor on Saturday and he was following behind me when I was on the NSR and he said that as soon as I pull away, the brake light comes on and stays on while I'm riding. I'm definetely not pressing the brakes by accident or anything. Anyone got any ideas as to why this is happening? I obviously can't see it when I'm moving and it works fine when I'm sitting still though. |

Is the nsr switch in the leaver area? Does it come on when the leaver is pulled in allowing the switch to come out (if that makes sense - ie a break to make switch?).
Is there any play in the front break lever, that when your riding the level has moved back slightly allowing the switch to come out and turn the breaks on?
If so a bit of padding on the end of the break lever could sort it.
There again the break light may not be like this as I have never really looked at an NSR's break light switch.
If none of this makes sense please feel free to ignore it. ____________________ The BCF's very own Party boy! Though he's getting old and feeling it!
