I got mine last week and been using it for a couple of days, and it certainly does the job. My only complaint is that my already tight lid is slightly more difficult to remove (which it was before to a certain extent) and my chin strap buttons tend to dig into my temples more now, as i'm taking it off.

Otherwise, it's very good. Does exactly what it's supposed to, and oi loikes it.

Yep, I can't really remember not having one to be honest.
You'll get some funny lines on your face after wearing it for a while and you know it's not fitted right when you get some air blasting in your eye from nowhere
but other than that I don't think you can do much better for £12 odd!
Thumbs Up

Yes.

I would never ride without one now. They work 100% and are comfortable as anything, like i said , wouldnt ride without one now.

Have had one in all my helmets for about 3/4 years now - cant ever remember having a problem with anything fog related since owning them Smile

They have one downside - and that is that they can take a little while to get set up perfect. But once they are in, they are in.

Oh, and the velcro tabs for the sides dont stick to my suomy lining. lol

The main site is here, but I actually got my 'carbon look' one from here as they were everso-slightly cheaper than going directly to the manufacturers.

I bought one last week after reading about them on here!

Awesome things, apart from making it easier to smell my kebab breath on the way home. Sad

I've used one for years, only remove it mid summer. I race with it too, prevents visor misting as well as anything I've ever tried.
Re the difficulty in removing lid - with practice, you just grasp the chinbar with one hand and the foggy mask with the other, and pull it off your head, no problem.

Well, also based upon what I read on here last week I too have ordered one! If you can't trust another biker, who can you trust? errrr.....unless you know the biker, in which case you probably wouldn't Confused

Slightly off topic, but similar, and topic been killed over the course of history... but regarding the other side of visor, has anyone tried this product:

If you velcro it on properly the 1st time you'll never have to adjust the position of it. Confused

Could try using this? Clicky

Not exactly ideal on an expensive lid but it's not as if your gonna re-sell it and once the masks in no one can see it. Just put it where the velcro on the foggy mask sits against the helmet.

I don't own a foggy mask so i can't say if it would work, just an idea to make the buy worth while rather than a bin jobby. Thumbs Up

I had one in my first AGV and it worked fairly well. I agree they tend to take a lot of getting right before they worked perfect. Not sure if it was my shit AGV but sometimes it felt as though it was deflecting wind into my eyes???

Anyway I had problems getting through security at the gate at work and it wasnt 100% effective so I bought a generic insert. I thought that was a 100 times better but still not perfect. Then I got a shoei with the pinlock and I have to say thats even better again. No problems since.

If your after the ninja tarty look though I dont think you can beat them ha ha Thumbs Up
