Coming down old street way(London) in a bus lane (Mon-sat) and some dozy bint in a clio turned left into the petrol station across me. I was forced onto the pavement and hit a speed camera. I work round the corner so i rode the bike to work and awaiting my mum to come pick me up.

Damage to the bike, Random scrapes all over the bike, hit on the right went down on the left. The annoying thing is if I hadn't have writen "This is what happens when you look at tits and not the road" I would have been abe to claim a new side panel. Bent forks, it doesn't look like much but it rode like a pig.

I reacted in a every good biker way I think, I got up called her a F'ing C, collasped then asked someone to pick my bike up while I wimpered in a pile holding my nads.

The way to make a claim move fast is to have some one represent you and do alot of your work with them via paperwork so the insurance company cant lie and keep it going on an on.

Police didn't get there in time I was there a good 30mins, I did enough damage to her car to warrant a Claim. I was picking peices of her bumper out of my frame. Hopefully all will be cool, If I get a hire bike from the same company as last time it will be one of these,

I'm hoping for the CBF as I had the 600 as a hire bike when I did the speed four in and I was impressed by it. I wouldn't mind the SV either. The Bandit, FJR and ST will be too heavy for my London duties and the GSXR750/1000 would be the to sporty for London I think, though they would be a great deal of fun. I donh't think they would give me the GSXR's as I wasn't on a High CC sports bike.

Looking at the video again I think her indicaters are faultly can you see the read left one blinking? I didn't hit the rear of the car only the front and the side.

Hire bike comes tomorrow, I have been off my restricted licence 3 days I get hit buy a car I recently turned 21.

Hire bike arrived, it is a black Bandit 1250 It has 10 miles on the clock Laughing

It's not as bad as I was expecting seems solid enough through the bends and goes well and doesn't feel as heavy as it is. People don't lie about Suzukis rotting easily, I have already seen 2 spots of suface rust Shocked
