Dropped my bike off at a local garage today.

As many of you know my brakes weren't working very well, so after recent events I decided it would best to get them sorted professionally once and for all.

Was an 'interesting' ride to the garage though, the bike died twice on the way (due to my dodgy wiring) and it was raining huge chunks of hail. Rolling Eyes

Cheers to Bendy for the use of her mini-cab service. Thumbs Up Laughing

Just picked the bike up, they brakes work fine now Dance! .

The mechanic reckons that it was just low on brake fluid, but I could have sworn there was ample. Thinking Doh!

Although he said to watch the level over the next few days just incase there is a leak.

He fixed a few other things like my dodgy electrics and a missing bolt from the foot rest assembly.

Came out to £61 for 1.5 hours work.

This is the second time I've had work done there and I'm very pleased with the service yet again. Thumbs Up

Thanks again to Bendy. Thumbs Up

No, it's not a bike shop it's just a small garage. They used to be underneath Elite Motorcycle Training Wimbledon. They have recently moved down the road to the industrial estate.

and the loud rattle?
was that fixed with the bolts?

I could hear you on the way back from boxhill the other week, and that's saying something with my cans.

The rattle was just the rack for my top box, not the engine. Laughing
