Took my RS50 out for a quick blap earlier and as I lent in, it felt really wierd.

As if it was like shaking. Hard to explain like.

Could this of just been cold tyres?

Also does anyone know if Michelin Pilot Sport's are actually good tyre's?

Guy who sold me the bike said they are kind of overkill on a 50.

I'm not convinced. I'm putting it down to cold tyre's. Usually it's so smooth around a round about but tonight it was jerking but I was only 5 minutes into my journey
Thumbs Up

I'll also check my pressure tomorrow but they are bloody 'ard when I kick 'em Wink

Agreed with the squared off. Time for a new set and/or some sand paper and patience.

Pressures should be checked every week as a bare minimum as a couple of PSI can cause handling problems. Always done cold and with a accurate gauge.

You'll find it will be a pilot sportY rather than a sport.

And yes, they do square off very quickly, i had one on the rear of the XT125 and it squared off during the earlier months of the year....100 mile ride into the dales and back and it was as round as you could want it Smile

They are ok tyres but take a while to warm up and even then they still like to break out on corners (or maybe thats just because i loved backing the XT in Laughing )

Yeah think they might be Sporty as the name.

I just went for a 30 minute ride and handled pretty well but I'm still not confident enough to lean proper over.

Erm,

Not sure to be honest.

They aren't flat, I know it doesn't help Razz

It felt much better today after 15 minutes. I took a video also and I'll up it later.

Was leaning over slightly as like 40-50 indicated and didn't twitch.

Just really downs my confidence when it's twitchy Cool
