Is it me or is this new series not as good. Not liking the new bloke and the dodgy studio. Much prefered the older format.

Can't wait to see VBH off roading. I was talking to her in June and she was saying that the loves biking but can't go round corners and definitely won't venture out in the wet. That should make for interesting off roading Very Happy

I never enter compititions ever, but i thought for £1.50 i'd enter the fifth gear one so i rang the number on the landline knowing the answer was mini.It asked me to answer as A.B orC (which i wasn't sure so i went for B thinking that was for the mini Embarassed )

I then thought i'd text it in,so went on the website and found the answer for mini was C,but while reading the instructions on what to write in the text i entered A and sent it Embarassed . I really cant believe it Laughing Wont be entering them again.
(rang again on the landline with the correct answer and got it right that time Laughing ..£4.50 down i better win)

Fifth gear is much better if you're interested in vehicles, rather than some people talking general rubbish Smile.

I don't really watch Top Gear for the car information. More as it's funny Cool

It is getting so these days.
But then a lot of the top gear 'banter' is rather embarrassingly scripted, so you can predict most of the jokes after watching a couple of seasons.

True, true, and it reminded me that there were a couple of eposides at the start of the last season that came across as being very scripted and not seeminly in their usual "flow and banter"

Good News! The production team have written in another reference to the Dacia Sandero, it might be funny by the end of the series.
