Insurance details wrong?

Hiya,

I got my cover note through today and they've got the wrong date in the section for "Full Licence Obtained". They've got it down as September 2007, when I actually passed in April this year.

Do I have to ring them up and tell them to correct it?

For peace of mind I would.

They will more than likely ask for the old one back so if you need tax, use the old one first and then return it.

Not yet, the dealer got the cover note today, so I'm hoping I can pick it up early next week once it's been registered

I'm getting bored of waiting now if I'm honest, I just want to get on and ride it

Got my proposal through today - this must be some sort of record

bike - wrong
date passed test wrong
owner of 2nd bike wrong
no claims bonus wrong
no security details
not all mods listed (even though thats a scam as you have to tell them about them but they will only pay for replacing standard items).

rang them up and they went through them all and they said they had the right stuff on the system, but this is what there proposal system stores - how messed up is that?
