Selling a bike - Advice?

Also it's developed this problem of not idling How can I explain this?

Thinking of saying it needs to be warmed up properly. It idles now and again but usually cuts out after 10 seconds

All a matter of your own personal integrity.

Be as honest as you feel you need to be but DO NOT only mention the negative points, think of some positives. Likewise, if you think something is definitely wrong then say so, personally, I would kill your pets, burn your house, and remove several generations of your family if I felt that you had deliberately sold me a dud. Choice is yours.

It runs fine. I just think it needs some carb tuning.

Just sold the bike for £1450.

Two young lads turned up, Looked over it. Offered me £1400. I said £1450 and I'll chuck in the paddock stand and they took it.

Result.

Concentrate on getting your full license, then buy a bike. I did it the other way around and on a few occasions I was a bit naughty and you can guess what I did. It's risky stuff.
