Join a bike site to ask about baldness cures? What's the bet another new member just happens to have an link to a cure?

I heard of one - covering your head in dog poo.

Other alternative is a ginger wig.

Hmmm, I've a full head of long hair and a ready source of dog poo but believe me this is pure coincidence!

Big dogs = big poo, so if you need any I can point you in the direction of my garden!! Sick

my bet is he is going to get a few baldies showing an interest in this thread and then tell us about an amazing site he found, and it will all turn out to be spam to guide people to his site

either that or hellkat has now mortally wounded him for which she should be very sorry

At the risk of sounding rude, don't be daft mate there is no "cure", you just have to learn to live with it.

Hair loss isn't the problem. Vanity is the problem.

English Mustard - either fresh or from a jar, smear it on, leave it for 15 mins and rinse off.

Take some pics, and post them here, before, during and after

True enough there, sunshine.

My dad who at 74 still had a full head of hair (maybe thinning a bit on the top with a not-very cunning combover, LOL) ... was completely freaked out at losing it all when he had chemotherapy earlier this year. Went about all around the place with a hat on, I tried to convince him that it was okay - that he looked fine (having had several slaphead boyfriends in my time, I really don't take much issue about baldies) ... but the poor old coot was having none of it, just could not cope with it AT ALL. He was glad when it started to grow back.

Do you - other than your head, I mean - have a point?

Col, old thing - let's face it, you're pretty much outgunned by everyone on BCF in terms of a sex life, a job, bikes, and a brain stem. Being able to grow hair isn't really considered to be that much of an achievement.

Even if you do put it on your CV to bulk it up a bit.

Don't make me get out the Photoshop again...

It would depend on what is causing your baldness as to whether or
how successful any remedy would be.

If it is illness or stress that is reason for your hair-loss then the
solutions are in your favour.

Either way, my advice would be to go see your GP. He may well
be able to recommend a reputable trichologist.

Good luck.
