I had a really good day at Brands today but unfortunately I witnessed two bad crashes and I an concerned for the welfare of those involved. Does anyone know whether everyone is ok or not.
One of the fellas involved at Paddock Hill Bend really seemed in a bad way.
Having not been to a Beemsee race for years I was amazed at how quick everyone was and I only hope that these fellas will be able to race again next year.

that one of the riders involved in the crashes an Brands yesterday did lose his life.
I am sure that all of you that read this post will like to join me in sending my sympathy and condolences to his family and friends.

I was there standing on the grass bank near the inncident, I missed the actual crash as I was taking a photo of the group further up coming round Paddock Hill. My Uncle and Auntie saw the whole thing, and I saw the result. We left before the air ambulance went away. Im really sorry to hear and it's a real shame, but he's gone doing what he loved doing. My deepest sympathy and thoughts are with his friends and family,
