Opinions on Suzuki EN 125?

I've read good reviews for the CG and YBR but does anyone have any experience on the EN? I've done a search on Bikez but there doesn't seem to be anything on them. Any information on performance, reliability... would be really appreciated! Very Happy

hi rustle, I recently did my cbt on a en125. I couldn't say too much bout the performance as it was my 1st time on a bike and only had 45mins of practice. It had a nice pull as i opened it up down a national speed limit road. The looks aren't my cup of tea but i loved the engine noise.

Hi mate
EN is a variation of the GS I believe, well proven design the engine is very strong if treated too regular maintainance should be good for 50/60 thousand miles before major problems.

I did my CBT and some of my DAS on the EN and then the last (125cc) day on the YBR. I preferred the YBR by a huge margin. The seat wasnt as low and i found the general experience better in every way (brakes, performance, clutch etc).

I think the EN's were a little older than the YBR though, to be fair. However I did go on 3 different EN's.

Mrs M, has just got back on 2 wheels, and we have bought her a 04 plate Suzuki EN125.....With me riding it will go about 50-55mph ( waits for comments regarding my weight!!!) this is about 1500rpm below red line, does any one know if this bike is restricted, or how to get a little bit more oooomph, as she will need it to do 62mph for her test?
