Installing DLL's on a webserver

[crazymotorbik...]

Hi,
Ive just downloaded a DLL that will be used to Upload files to my webserver. The DLL is aspsmartupload.dll.

Now ive never used DLL's before so im unsure how i go about installing them onto the webserver. Is it as simple as placing the DLL in the root directory or is it more complicated?

Im currently using Streamline webhosting services so can only upload to the server using FTP. I have no other control.

Any help is gratefully received,
Shaun.

you'll need to register the DLL file with the OS.
I can't mind off the top of my head but if you google what i just said you'll get all the info you need
