Last night I got a phonecall at work, saying Luke had been involved in an incident whilst driving his car. Somebody had stepped out and thrown a pole through the windscreen of his car and it struck him in the face.

He got taken to hospital for immediate care and then transferred to another hospital where he resides at the moment. As far as I know operations are starting today.

I can't say too much as Police are investigating it, but just thought I'd let you all know...

I wonder if it was a random attack?

Anyway, here's hoping for a quick recovery.

I have no idea.

As far as I know it was just a random attack. The full extent of his injuries aren't quite known (to me) yet, but I watched when they were changing the bandages and when they took the final layer off I had to walk out as I was almost sick.
