southampton bike test?

hey guys, finally getting around to my practical test but im now at uni in southampton and have no idea where a good reasonably priced place to take a course is. have been riding for over a year and have passed my theory test so id imagine i only need a 1 or 2 day course.
any suggestions or stories would be greatly appreciated, as would someone selling an enfield electra....

You might imagine you only need 1 or 2 days but how many bad habits do you have you dont know about that will fail you on test?

Best thing to do is contact a few schools and let them entice you in. Get them to give you a free or discounted assessment and see where that takes you Thumbs Up

Im at uni in southampton! But I live round here anyway. I am doing my test with Motag, they are a great bunch of guys, did two cbt's with them and they are a right laugh!

Sorry not sure who to recommend, but one to avoid is ART assured rider training based in the centre of Southampton. Although i passed my test with them at the beginning of the year, They seemed more interested in trying to convince me i needed more lessons than actually carrying out the training. (passed first time 1 minor) the instructors communication skills were poor with exception of a guy called Carl.
I had a 125 with faulty indicators for my CBT. I trained on a CB500 that had a fault with the battery and every time we stoped they had to jump start it. THis even happened on the way to the test. Did a lot for my nerves. They are more interested in your wallet than you.

No idea why there ain't a bike club at uni, there are enough people that ride! You should try setting one up!

hello well i did mine with bmf easligh just up the road really and they are really good and well priced as well may be worth giveing them a ring to.
