OK, need some advice here.

What's the difference between an O-Ring chain and an X-Ring chain? and more importantly which should I be fitting to my ZX6R?

In theory the x-ring retails the chain lube better than the o-ring chains, so best to go for them.

These rings are the bits that go between the inner and outer links on the chain. If you do a search on here I seem to remember doing a diagram about it /ages/ ago.
