Cut the nose cone down just above the lights. Quite a popular mod on the streetfighters is the Speedfight nose cone.

SM Morgan, Glad to be of service!

Marlbro Matt, I'm proud to say that i did do it. The faring is off a Speedfight II, it did have the Speedfight I unit on it but the light was diabolical.

Bendy, See above.

_Steve_, Yes you do.

SlimRick, It gats a good scraping down the wall when i'm putting it away at night, will that do?

Ciaran, Thought about cutting it down but to tell the truth i prefer the wind and rain protection it gives. It will still top 165 tucked in, which is a lot more than i could get with just the twin Bates Lights on it.

daz_d_biker, I test fitted the belly pan then had to go out on it. It will be rattle can matt black pretty soon. It doesnt need the USD front end, it went quite well at a track day Donington the other Sunday. It did have a very cut down renegade can on it but it started to fall apart, MOT time and i had to fit the standard one, the shorty just fell apart, so i'm stuck till i get a cheap replacement.

Just so you all know, it does 120BHP at the wheel on Rhencullens dyno, LSL steering damper, Dynojet kit, K+N filter, Renthal sprockets (1 up at the rear) and bars. I did run it with a -1 front sprocket on it but its a bit of a handfull on this gearing.
I love this bike, my missus has told me to go and buy a new one, an '08 Blade or R1, sorry, nah! These bikes are NOT worth £6K more than my Blade, plus, if i did buy a new bike she would want to come out with me all the time and i wouldnt be able to use it like it should be used anyway.

Nope, i think i'll stick with Ugly Betty.

Just don't park it anywhere near Sigorny Weaver. She might attack it with a flame thrower.

SlimRick, She would soon figure out it was only a seat cowl. Unfortunately.
You're right about " At the end of the day - you're riding, who gives a fuck what it looks like!", but then again, you've seen the bloody thing, you know that already.

Jenks and Garth, Cheers!

Killa, You would think so wouldnt you, trouble is, you cant depend on the theiving little scrotes not to think, "Its a crosser, i'll get a big bag of scag for that!"

Amnesia, You know, i thought it was just me who saw the resemblence.

You'd be better off super glueing them to your helmet. Laughing (but you'll need to leave your zip down)

Just get a pair of dominators on it and it'll improve the front angle.

Then you should be able to mount the indicators without being obscured. Thumbs Up

Dominators? I cant see how a couple of old Nortons would help?
