Breaking FX400 (shares parts;GPX600 GPX400)/?180 whole bike

Exhaust/whole bike currently advertised on ebay - exhaust at 99p.

I bought this a while ago for commuting; is now surplus too requirements (got zx9 working for that, now) and I really need the space to fix the CCM and CRM!
Its far from perfect, but price reflects this.
This bike is basically an unfaired GPX400. Shares a lot of components with the GPX600 too, I believe.
Very low seat height, so might good for the lower of us (though Im 5'11" or something and fitted on it fine too).

I started to get it sorted for MOT, but dont have the time or enthusiasm to finish it now that Ive got other get to work bikes sorted and its taking up space in my garage.
Should make a decent enough hack/rat bike, or even a pretty nice 33hp/first big bike if youve got the time to get it all sorted and pretty.

No Tax or MOT obviously. May be able to deliver at cost.
180 as I need space and money!... half of that probably covers what I've spent on the bike since I last used it!

Needs a clean.

Work Ive done since I stopped riding the bike (MOT ran out):
Replaced right hand clip on.
Replaced an indicator.
Replaced entire exhaust system.
Replaced fork seals.
Filled in/Smoothed out lightly pitted forks.
Replaced battery.

Other good bits:
Heated grips.
One key fits all four locks.
In reasonably original condition.

Bad bits:
The engine is running rough. Not sure what it is; might be carbs need cleaning, valves doing, something else?
Carbs definitely need setting up; revs stay a bit high on an open throttle; similar behaviour on my CCM was the needle set too high.
When starting it sounds a bit rattly; apparently its the clutch basket is slightly worn/loose. Hasnt got worse while Ive owned it.
Just noticed the petrol tank is leaking from somewhere.
Dipped beam doesnt work. Worked before I had the headlight etc off, so should be simple.
Will need brake pads (forget front, rear or both) and Chain and sprockets for MOT, dependant on how friendly your MOT tester is.
Rear tyre has a slow puncture.
Headlight bracket welded/held with cable ties (seems secure enough, though).

+ Probably other stuff in good and bad bits. I may have missed, forgotten or just been wrong about some stuff!
