Bit stage-managed to be funny, surely?

I've always wanted to like McCain, but never quite managed to bring myself to do it.

I was in the US last week, and the negative coverage he garnered when he referred to Obama as 'this one' while pointing to him without looking was pretty funny to see. He just makes gaffe after gaffe. Obama is pretty feeble and fake himself, but he makes McCain look like a confused and grumpy old man.

The only credible US political comedy show is the Daily Show.

Yeah its a stage item on a comedy show, i just thought it was a nice twist to have the politician mocking the comedian.

You do tend to get a lot of comedians mocking a politician, so the same comedy writers getting a politician to mock a comedian tickled me.

I realised after I posted this, I should have put it in the found on the net section, as its not really about current affairs as it could have been any politian in the skit and it would have worked.

Although I think it was quite nice with McCain as he was a bit nervous with his lines at first and then warmed into it as the laughs came.

I quite like McCain, he seems a nice chap, but his judgement isnt that great. He has over reached himself a bit by going for president.

He is a people guy, so will be good at dealing with people but hes not really an ideas man.

Whereas Obama is more of an ideas man and has had to work on being a man of the people.
