Nice of them to let me know that he's been discharged from hospital Mad

Now this will make you laugh.

"We have to make an arrest appointment. Once the suspect is deemed well enough"

Surely if he's out of intensive care and been released then he's well enough to be locked up.

Evil or Very Mad Evil or Very Mad Evil or Very Mad

Tossers, course he's well enough. Ring them back up and tell em they better arrest him soon or he won't be well enough for another few weeks. Evil or Very Mad

You could give the paper a ring and explain how the wrong victims being moly coddled again.

You can bet your bottom dollar that if he's arrested while still recovering he'll make a massive song and dance about the whole affair, demand a doctor attend him at the station, and then attempt to muddy the substantive court case by claiming mistreatment by the police.

Why should the taxpayer fork out extra cash because of him, or the police risk losing a collar?

Fair point, still does nothing but piss people off giving the criminals more rights than the victims.
