Thanks for trying, i hav had a look at a similar scoots book, there upside down jobbies, the foot is stuck fast so i'm gonna try some heat on it (yes i've undne the bolt), remove the outer clip, then there's a plastic bush that your supose to withdraw, to get to the clip at the back thathold the station in ! but how to withdraw the bush when you can't get to it !

Oh well i'll keep looking, might just end up buying some off ebay as long as there not fooked too.

Hoooraaay brute force and some trickery did i...

had to rig up a spreader arrangement to force the stantion out and bend the clip, and push the bush out.

Well it took ages and had to bodge 1 bit but it's finally passed it's mot with a huge saving of £450...

The shop wanted £800 quid to put it right Shocked

i did it for £350...

rebuilt front forks with a problem you can't seem to get the inner bush anymore Sad but the lower bush has the same internal and external diameter but it longer so i cut a couple of those down there made of hard nylon stuff so it was not a hard job.

replaced all 4 swingarm bearings (2 of them had gone completely and only the narrow outer race was left, a right pig to remove) new ones went in a treat put the swingarm in the oven for a bit new bearing in the freezer the night before Very Happy

new brake pads, a doddle and new tyre (tyre man did that) and a new exhaust.

and what do i get for my effort and time ? bugger all Evil or Very Mad was at least expecting something but no all i get is a thanks for that....

fvck1ng family just not gonna do it again !
