To Short for a CBR 125?

Hello everyone, just joined this forum , anyway i just wanted to say am i to short for a cbr 125?. im only 5ft exactly goin to start my lessons in about 4 weeks or something. but i really like a cbr 125 i seen one on the street looks cool and it small but i never been on and and that , so im in downer now cos i think i am to short. what you guys think?

Nope. It's a tiny bike, and narrow too - you'll be fine.

CBR 125 isnt that big as i let my 15 year old son sit on it as he is 5ft 2 and he was the right hight and he wants 1 of them if he ever gets a chance.

The CBR 125 has a low seat hight and you should be fine. Even if you still have difficulty you can still take some padding out of the seat (or have a special seat made) to make it even lower.

yeh the seat looks good but can i lower the suspension? is that possible with out obstructing the motorbikes handling or something?

No, there's no adjustable suspension on the CBR 125. Go check one out at a dealers, it really is a very small bike.

hi im only 5-2 and i ride a cbr600 you should be fine , why not go to bike shop and try sitting on a few and see how you feel

My g/f is 4'11" and could sit on a cbr125 okay. In the end we modified a chinese CG clone with a cut down seat and lower bars.

Generally it's a confidence thing. Once you get used to riding it won't be too much of an issue flat footing - providing you don't park downhill in parking spaces you've got to reverse out of, etc.

The stock rear suspension has no adjustment, or if it does it's not mentioned in either the owners or Haynes manuals

I think Aseanmoto do an adjustable one, according to a poster over at 125cc Sportsbike forum.
