Not sure if the DVLA will help you, they may not take to kindly to giving out people's home address' for obvious reasons not matter what the story.

Since when? The DVLA will give out anyone's address. The only criteria is having a proper reason and you may have to pay them money (surprise! surprise! Shocked).

Certain companies, e.g. car park firms, have a standing agreement with the DVLA to get registered owner's addresses.

For you and me, if, for example, a certain car with a certain registration kept blocking your access then that's a proper reason. You just need to get in touch to find the details.

Thumbs Up

if you go to the dvla website and use the road tax section, you can input your reg number and it will tell you when the vehicle was last taxed, it wont tell you who ones it but you may find out its not been used for years hence scrapped or restoration project. its a start anyway, you do do it as many times as you wish with all your old bikes/cars.

Give them a bell tommorow office hours as youd expect.
Its only a small fee they ask for, nothing over a fiver i bet, and a good reason as to why you need the adresse, so make up some mumbo.

IIRC it's £2.99 to get a vehecles details, sure I read that somewhere.

You coud just say the car is parked on your land and you need the owners address to forward a fine or something.
