Today I was chilling out at home when my dad turned up with the weekly shop. 'Now what's interesting about that?' you may ask. However, it wasn't like any weekly shop, he had bought 8 litres of Castrol GPS. Realising this was a tad strange I asked him 'why?'. Turns out some muppet stacking the shelves in Tescos has priced all Castrol oil as 'Reduced: was £0.50 now £0.25'. 
Thus 30 seconds later I was out of the door and driving my mum's car (at considerable speed) to Tesco's. I grabbed a big trolley and grabbed every bottle they had. Unfortunately they only had 5 litres of GPS left so I had to make do with the normal Castrol GP. Still, at 25p a litre I can afford to do some oil changes

I didn't half get some funny looks and comments at the checkouts  I got 22 litres, normal full retail price approx £125, cost me £5.50 |
