Steam Packet are the only company you can go with.

I'm going wait until prices are confirmed.

I may be going over for a few days if I can talk the missus round. Laughing

Yup I'm definately there, same as gsxrmick though, waiting until a definite price. Hopefully I won't write my bike off this time! Laughing Should be going on the same bike if all goes to plan and I can repair it in time!

Daz.

£20 deposit to book the ticket, then wotever they charge for the ferry crossing, at least £180+ id imagine.
ive gota be there at 9:30 at night for a 11:30pm crossing, wont get into douglas until 2 in the morning, i dont care though, just glad im going tbh!! most of the good times are all gone now ida thought, but if your prepared to travel at a shit time and camp then go for it, the sooner you book the better. Thumbs Up

I went in 88 89 and 98. I wouldnt go again, unfortunately the IOM has turned into a huge cash cow to help support the island through the quiet times in the year. If you are going take plenty of money with you, you'll need it.
Go to the IOM a few times, you'll have to if you want to see it at its very best i.e. when the sun shines, camping can be quite miserable if you let the weather get on top of you, wet, cold and no racing coz of the fog on the mountain. Take a lot of beer with you and you'll be ok, cold wet foggy campsites are great fun when everybody is pissed.
But really, you can go to spain with you bike on the boat for the price of a Steam Racket ticket.

From speaking to a bloke who went last year
Ride up to your ferry, think the one closest to us is Liverpool, all bikes and that go with you, you then pay/prebook a pitch for the camping.
and might consider if im not on a 50.
