Shocked He looked like he was going fast there.

If he did hit it it would've probably been messy.

Was a bit silly going so fast through a busy junction. But we don't know what situation the roads are behind the camera, could have come flying around a corner and too late to brake. Of course he still shouldn't have been going that fast but I'm just saying.

Was going some though!

I reckon that van was too busy looking at the geezer with the camera.

Drivers are fvckwits at the best of times, so distracting them is only gonna make things worse.

no he wasnt an idiot lol i would of said he was going 50-60 at best

he wasnt going 'through' the junction

the van was going into the junction.. the biker was driving on the main road.. van driver at fault as biker had right of way

Bit hard to judge given the angle, and the van driver is blatently in the rider's lane so it his ultimately his fault....

...but surely the rider had seen the van beforehand, and expect a 50/50 chance of it pulling across the lane?

His own thought if you ask me.
Even if the van was not turning surely he should have seen other vehicles at what looks to be a busy junction and slowed down.

I would like to think his little group of bum chums would have kicked the driver all over??

I wouldn't blame the van driver until I've seen the approach.

It doesn't look like a "junction" per se, more like an entrance to a carpark. It also looks like an area where bikers hang out to video each other going past at full bore; they were filming the bike coming towards the camera, and it sounded like another was getting ready to have a go.

Definately a difficult one to call, as we all know bikes can cover a fair distance very quickly and its difficult for cages to judge. Once minute the bikes is a fair distance away and then its right at you.

Not defending the van driver but I have been there before in the car and misjudged a bikes speed even though I should have known better.

Like shaggy said - looks more like a layby than a junction.
