PS2 connector too , the only person who uses a PS2 connector is probably me , and I bought 4 mice at trago for 52p each a couple years ago.

A lot of new computers don't have PS2. I wouldn't buy one, who would want a crappy non optical, non usb mouse?

quite obviously an accident Razz

by the way, whats the difference between usb and ps/2, i find with usb keyboard you can only press 2 or 3 keys at a time before it becomes confused and starts beeping whereas with a ps/2 keyboard you can press ass many as you like

usb can be used for more stuff, not just keyboards which means less sockets on your computer.

Also, Who needs to press more than 3 or 4 keys at a time???


ps/2 is old school. Tis all bout the universal serial busness of awesomeness

If a board has PS2 why not use it. It saves using up valuble USB sockets. Wink

Certain games require it.

I had a driving sim game once, Where you had to actually operate the clutch, handbrake etc, like a normal car.

You couldn't drift or hand brake turn sometimes without pressing 3 keys at once. And my USB keyboard used to beep and not work.

Thats about all you need to press 3 keys for though.


And as for the OP. I'd sooner stick to my £10 Optical/Wireless Mouse ta.

Or battlefield 2 where you're trying to jump along and across at the same time or something, but then again i had the same problem when using ps2 so i don't think it's the interface that's the problem, more like the way the information is presented to the computer.
