Want to downgear it a bit to about 115MPH top end I think, or whatever would be a reasonable thing to do, as I'm not sure if that's too far/not enough etc.

Sooo... looking for what chain and sprockets I should buy, and where I should buy them from.

14, 42 I think thats what I've got... I don't know what the top end is now but I expect its around 120?

I got mine from Graeme France (his details are on 400greybike)

Bought some 14/40 sprockets, see how it turns out. Won't make much difference I don't think.

what is the vfr like compared to a nsr as i'm thinking of getting one when i pass my test.

Never tried a (decent) NSR. Razz

Compared to my AR125 it's a lot more stable and predictable, faster ovbiously and easier to ride at speed. It's more difficult on tight corners though, you feel the weight quite a bit more.

They're supposed to be very good, 'cept for the rectifiers going, or something like that. Trying posting in the general chat, quite a few people here own one.
