Went out for a ride today, everything were going fine till my rev meter started to put out a very loud buzz.

It only happens when i'm moving, doesn't matter if the clutch is pulled in or not. It will only happen when revs are decreasing.

I cant say i am 100% certain its coming from there because i had my lid on, but it's defiantly coming from that area.

Any ideas?

Are you sure it's coming from the tacho. If it sounds like electricity check the sparkplug, problem could be that cable, that comes on to the sparkplug (sorry don't know the english word for it).
Kind of a buzz comes if that cable is not tight on the sparkplug, but you would hear that all the time the engine is running.
