Spanish fly is IMO Snake oil.....

Many over the counter 'libido increasing' tonics simply mirror natural endorphine releasing food groups.

There are foods that will make you a little 'perky'. Some are scientifically proven to release 'feel good' chemicals, like chocolate and ginseng.

Others that seem to work for me are:-

Black Pepper, Ginger Beer, Liquorice and believe it or not fresh Salmon.

Of course nothing works better than taking your loved one away to new surroundings (posh hotel room, log cabin in the dales, weekend in Paris) and suprising her with new lingerie.

Keeping your libido high means keeping a relationship exciting and fresh in my opinion.

Of course with a new partner its exciting anyway and none of the above should be necessary at all.
