retro moped. honda ss50 1970

honda ss50 4 speed manual clutch. soon to be my daily retro, instead of a modern step through. I have cleaned it up as much as poss, without putting new parts on. I had a pair of 2nd hand wheels as the old ones were shot. so here it it with 38 years of patina. Very Happy

all ready for the mot. then before I sell my step through, i,ll fit a 90cc uprade from a c90 that I have. (where the wheels came from).

a mate had the SS50 (moped) when we left school (1974) which was a great little tool, took him everywhere

I still have mine from when I was 16. Mines a late 5 speed with a disc, bored to 88 etc.

fizzys were always faster than the old 4 stroke ss's Razz

I have a SS50 that I would like to sell if anyone is interested.
Its just been fixed and most parts are still original on it including speedometer, horn, the whole body, all cables etc.

It runs like a beauty and everything works!
