Just recieved a set of race fairings from a online fairing shop to find that they have sent 2 times left hand fairings and no right hand fairing. I was sitting there looking at them and it just clicked that they look fairly identical. Ive sent an email of complaint and will wait and see what they say before i publish their name everywhere.

Sorry, a bit of a pointless thread but i thought i would share.

I ordered a pattern nise fairing brace from a place called bike spares, not only did they charge me an ourageous price for it, but when I rang up and told them they had sent me the part for an 06 bike (mine is 00) they had the nerve to tell me it will fit my bike, and "you must be fitting it wrong".

Never using them again.

I think posting threads like this before you'd even asked them to sort it out is pretty daft, as it turns out a quick call and they're happy to fix the problem which sounds like it was just a mistake rather than severe incompetance, luckily you kept company names out of it.

What I do object to is companies that quibble over refunding postage, or won't pay to have the wrong item collected, this is especially bad with buying on ebay. No way will I pay double postage because they stuffed up the order, yet to have some argue for too long, they always give in, as they should as it's their fault.
