Can anyone tell me if my EL250 is on a cambelt or cam chain, and if there is a replacement schedule? It's done 35000 miles now and I don't know what's been done to the engine, it sounds healthy enough but I'm a chronic worrier! Cheers Smile

A workshop manual ought to list a stretch limit for camchains. Usually by measuring the distance between 16 pins. If it exceeds the limit, it needs replacing.
