hi all
this is prob a simple one for you, but is baffling me.
bandit 600 - reall old one ( treg) but in fairly good nick.
starts fine on choke, choke in, ride away. when i stop, engine idling around 1200- 1500. poss a bit high but fine.
by the time i get into town, 12/13 miles later, idling at lights at 2000.
i've turned the idle speed down (i have the burns to prove it!)when its warm - so for example, get to work, see its at 2000, turn it down to say 1500 and fine.
but low and behold, next day, ride...
partly it seems wasteful but it also seems to make getting onto 1st a pain (which may not be related but i think is)
please HELP!!! ____________________ DAS/Test: Passed March 08!
