Prefer the tri-tone colour scheme to be honest, still looks nice though Smile

Sexwee everywhere Drooling

Any ideas how big the run will be ? I'm a big fan of the Tricolore scheme too, but I think if I had the choice I'd go for this one. Thumbs Up

Not really. I think the 1098 shape is too Japanese, but it looks much better in plain colours. Even the tri-coloure looks lame, dare I say it even slightly chavvy in my opinion.

Price, nor country of origin have no bearing on the chav factor. Real burberry is bloody expensive yet still chavvy as you yourself admit. Wink

Looks nice.

Would probably opt for a black one with a red frame myself, though.

Now THAT's really nice.

I agree with the Ham.

I'm a bit of a self confessed duke whore, but I'm none too fussed about the 1098.

Meh

I'd still rather have a late 999s but that is a bit of a stunner in that scheme, and as for the Tricolore being chavvy, you must be nuts Smile

Not sure......there seem to be too many colour elements/fussy graphics and that logo on the bellypan's lost somewhat.

From the front right 3/4 shot, looks like a scoulded cat - I thought Japan only based their styling on animals (Yamaha especially).

Think if it was a little more subtle it would work better....but I guess it is based on a sponsor splattered race bike.

Happy retirements to Bayliss though, quality chap, always a figher. Thumbs Up

I've given it some thought and I've come to the conclusion that the 1098R is the greatest bike ever.

It's a race rep style paint scheme, you'd have to be nuts to think it's anything but chavvy Wink.

Especially when paired with gold frame and wheels.

Not enough... you might have to sell your 11 year old cousin as part of the package... Trades don't seem a possibility.

Apparently the double-desmo Kiwi powerband is a £4999 optional extra.

Thumbs Up
