threatening Managers

Where do i stand, and what can i do.

Im currently being sent to a different office to cover for a few weeks, daily im being faced with a manager who keeps threatening me with disaplinary action, which i know myself he cant do but he is getting on my tits the way he tries to throw his weight around.

My job is generally quite easy and non stressful, i usually just go in do my job and out the door, this way of mangering makes my job harder, my morale is super low and generally dont finish the job because of the faffing.

i used to cover the transport managers job but then other managers kept messing the job up.
i couldnt tell them where to go so refused point blank to cover for him again giving him names and reasons.
the spineless twat never did anything about it so i wouldnt cover any more Thumbs Up

alternatively, punch his lights out and get a diciplinary thats worth it lol

Yea, about 3 years ago i tranferred from his office in Beckenham because he was a twat.

Now he has been demoted to a line manager and moved elsewhere, so is now uber bitter, i do have a HR department.

easy and extremely effective now:

1) log everything - write down everthing he does that makes you feel bullied or harrased.
2) go to HR and inform them that you FEEL bullied ... thats the key ,, in todays left wing vertically challenged trans gender loving society, if you FEEL you are bullied then you ARE being bullied.
3) log every conversation your have with HR and the manager !!
4) at some point (your call) in this process , claim that the bullying is causing you ill health and you are now depressed.

Result:
1) He gets shafted to a certain degree
2) You get a few months off work while paid
3) Managers will treat you with kid gloves in the future.
4) You will never be promoted in any way shape or form while the managers/hr are still around.

if you do seriously want further advice on this then drop me a PM ... I deal with this stuff on a daily basis (at tribunal level often)

Our line manager is the biggest cunt i have ever met in my life, hate him so much words don't come close.

Next time he tries to give some shit i'll be standing up and walking out the door, then proceed to get a doctors note for stress and never return to that office again!

My solution a few years back was to throw a pack of glass dinner plates at my team leader...needless to say it didn't go as I planned.

I was sent home as a health & safety risk Shocked

Basically one of the managers said he would arrange it so he could fire me for not reaching targets by setting me unreachable ones.

If the same sort of things is happening (he's verbally making it clear), record it on ya phone and take it to HR or your union rep (if ya have one).
