Well the subject says it all. Is it possible. And/or how much of a hassle would it be.

Way too much hassle.

Off the top of my head you would have to change/modify the wheel, the swing arm and the way the rear break leaver works.

Lots of work for minimal gain when you really don't demand such a great deal of breaking from the rear.

A lot of work and pointless. Most if not all of your braking is done with the front brake.
