Sorry for yet another post from me!

Bike: Kawasaki KH 100

This time its indicators, when i start the bike up , in neutral and test them, each work ok,

but, when riding, i put the indicator on, then apply brakes to slow and they either stay constantly on, or off. And today, after braking they wouldn't come back on for a couple of minutes.

The headlight works fine when braking, but when the engines off but still in night position on the ignition there is no light from the headlight, whereas normally it would be just abit dimmer than normal.

This happened when i purchased the bike back in july, but this was because the battery was loose. Ive tried taking the battery out and putting back in , and there was no change.

One last thing! is there any way to convert to 12v system without having to spend alot or rewire the whole bike, as 6v is very dim.

So do you very helpful people have any ideas what it could be?

Really appreciate all the help you have given in the past

Thanks, Simon

Replace battery and/or main fuse.

Sound like it's running off a very flat/dead battery or the alternator.

through experience with cars etc my guess would be a bad earth from the brake light.
or a fookered battery as i just read its a 6v and they only just cope when new.
