Looking to get a samsung soul but i've been told thats its all a hype and its not all that of a phone... any1 agree?

I really can't stand all these idiots around me whose 'phones have more character than they do.

I miss the days when 'phones were used to communicate meaningful messages.

I'm getting sick of seeing youngsters staring at their phones with all the distraction that I stared at girls (and their wobbly bits) when I was kid.

I'm getting sick of all this BABBLE, PIFFLE and ABSURDITY around me - every time I'm on a train! I don't want to know every last triviliaty of ya fucking life, man, put the bleedin' 'phone down and let me rest!! I'm at peace here, I'm watching the trees rolling by, I've had a busy bloody day! no more nonsense! Get over the urge to impart every meaningless detail of your life just because you're mobile!

Mobile phones should only be used for emergency - all this meaningless chitchat polluting the airways is ruining my jive, man.

Well said Steppen22, I have mine as an emergency thing for when I am out on the bike, but I rarely use it. I hate the thought that when I am escaping from the world, the world can always ring me on my mobile. The best was earlier in the year when I was away every other weekend camping, every campsite I picked had no phone signal for any network, it was wonderful. Peace and quiet, time for myself and everyone who was on the campsite spoke to other campers with no mobiles interrupting.

Aren't you all a bunch of misery arses. Everyone can have a phone that is more than functional just as you can all ride bikes with over 100Bhp otherwise we'd all be riding round on cb500s. So in answer to the question there are some problems with the soul alledgedly, tinny sound on speaker phone, not very good volume and regular crashing. I've got the Samsung soul B, which is a really nice slim, metal cased phone. Buttons are durable, volume is spot on, never crashed, only a 3Mp camera (but undoubtedly someone will make some comment about buy a digital camera if you want good pictures ). The soul is a bit of a gimic, IMHO, an oel panel that changes it's display is all that puts it apart from others.

Good point, but had he posted it in the geeks section he would have been inundatated with offers to buy their cast offs, arguements about how Nokias are better than samsungs.
