Long as he's countering the balance(first pic) so when he uses throttle with his left arm he doesn't 'drift/swerve' to his right then there's no issue, not hard. Wheelei-ing without hands isn't hard if the bike is set up right and you can balance yourself with the bike on BP, can't see it happening too long though.

Ankle one is new on me, far as I can see pretty much against the laws of physics as he's photographed doing it?
