Bloke in the falt downstairs thinks its ok to play this music till 4 in the morning because hes never has work. I have haver to work tomorrow and every other day he doesn't work because he is a council scum bag who sells drugs and does what he wants. If i have to listen to little fucking wayne any longer i am going to stab him, can you call the police about him playing stero ? they don't come out for anything oter than speeding do they ?

a council flat? Or just that it is the council who pays his rent?
Or that he works for the council?

Second off, Have you ever told him politely that his music is
disturbing you and, asked him to turn it down a bit?

Third off, you'll need to contact the Environmental Services
Department at you your local council to report his loud playing of
music. Keep a diary of all the times his music disturbs your peace.

Fourth off, does his music-playing disturb your neighbours, too?
If so, then get them join you in your complaint to the ES dept.


Lastly, if you believe he is dealing in illicit drugs and you feel the need
to report him, then call Crimestoppers to do it anonymously or, visit
your local police station and report it or, speak to one of the CPSOs
that you see in your neighbourhood. The choice is yours.

His flat is a council flat we got ours cheap because there was a council tenant below. Told him many things politey, he just gets aggressive told council about a few other issues with him ,he won't answer door to them they won't take it further. Bristol City Council are useless spent loads of lunch breaks on the phone to them getting no where.

He does sell drugs,weed mostly he quite open about. That doesn't annoy as much as not sleeping.

But thanks for the proper advice will follow the steps tomorrow, I'll ask him , keep dairy and report to council, different dept mite bee more helpful

If you kill him the police may come out quicker,. but then someone has to report it and if he is that annoying they may turn a blind eye to the peacefulness of the building. You will of course need to dispose of the body of some may get offended by the smell. And then his druggie friends who he supplies will be having viguals on the front garden until they find a new dealer. But you can always say he over dosed and was burried week before as they will be to stoned to figure out time scales and such.

shouldn't bother with the cozzers, they do sod all, i rang em cos my ex scumbag enants stole all the white goods from the house i rented to them, when the coppers arrested him he showed em pictures of the fridge-freezer, cooker and washing machine in place told em he left them when he moved out and they took his word for it, even though i'm a prison officer who has always been a law abiding citizen. bear in mind this tool has already been charged with steaing the lead and copper wiring from the church next door to the house he was renting off me.

my advice, get a couple of anonyous leg breakers in to have a word with him. job done.

If he is using council premises for the sale of drugs or any other illegal activity the council has a legal obligation to act otherwise they are in collusion with him in committing the crime. It may be up to you to collect the evidence though ( make sure that you "find" syringes and burnt foil).

If you really wanna get the police round there then you'll have to be a bit more creative, i.e phone them and tell them you saw him carrying firearms into his house/ he's an asian guy and he had mates with him, they were carrying bottles of what looked like ammonia and some other chemicals into the flat/ you saw him go into his house with girl, an then after hearing screams and what sounded like a struggle, folliwed by some dull banging you saw him carrying out several black bags, and he was covered in blood.

Should have 'em round quick sharp.

Have you spoken to your other neighbours?
You will need to start giving the council grief about its tenant, start keeping a log of each event. If he is in a flat it may be that the fuses to his place are not actually in the flat but on a common board, if so pull his electricity.

Whenever it comes to bad neighbours i always think of the Tom Sharpe book, the Throwback where the protagonist wants to get everyone in his street out of the houses (he owns the houses) but he can't get them out legally.

So, with all manner of schemes and devices he manages to evict them all, all done in an hilarious manner, of course.

It's worth a read just to get some ideas, and also to see how you should be thinking about it.

Mike, is there anyway you could 'flood' your flat without doing much damage to your own, but a lot to his? I'm thinking that everytime he plays his music loud, you could go and have a bath (don't forget to turn the taps off....!) or do some washing in your (very leaky!) washing machine......

If you did a good enough job the council would have to rehouse him during the time they cleared up the mess. During that time you could think up other creative ways of getting him back....
