Not good news at all:
https://i114.photobucket.com/albums/n243/MacKaliba/OHdear.jpg
40 minutes of freezing our bollocks off later:
https://i114.photobucket.com/albums/n243/MacKaliba/ByeBye.jpg

Only a mile away from the Qautt cafe aswell Neutral
The cop passed us in the opposite direction and must have clocked something, 5 minutes later he was right behind us.
We were both waiting to get pulled over.

He initially had a go at Nick for a 'dodgy overtake' Rolling Eyes and then set his sights on my RED tax disk, obviously on the ANPR my bike was coming up as a taxed, insured and MOT'd RVF400.
He asked me to advise him of the capacity so I came clean and admitted it was just a 125, explained the whole situation.

He decided not to arrest me for fraud, but then procede to caution me and started handing out FPN's like wildfire.
So today I've recieved:
1x £60 Fixed penalty notice (NE) for 'Use of vehicle without test certificate'.
1X £60 Fixed penalty notice (NE) for 'Failure to display vehicle license as prescribed'.
1X £200 Fixed penalty notice (Endorsable) for 'Use of motor vehicle without third party insurance'.
So far I've managed to rack up a total of £320 and six points in one stop, not bad going eh Embarassed

Add to that the fact that I've had the bike siezed, £150 initial storage charge + £10 every additional night.
I've arranged to sell though, I've said that the buyer can pay the storage fees and its theirs, I was reluctent to take £300 before.
I'm sorting that tommorow.

Worst part really is that I've lost my license. Was all pretty funny at the time but needless to say its not a great outcome.
OH the irony, Matthie here's a reason to thank me... I've saved you from this.

I knew the risk I ran though and I knew this was inevietably going to happen one day, my day has come. Crying or Very sad

Unlucky man that really does suck.
But why loose your license over a 125 if your RVF is taxed insured mot'd.

after everything you posted about mathie and then you get done.

Isn't it ironic

but then why would you take "the moral high ground" and expose mathie while you were riding every bit illegal as him serves you right IMO

and so my for your hypathetical situation???

I'm guessing it wasn't a private road?

Hardly a twat is he, or any for that matter. They keep unlicensed, uninsured people off our roads. Well they try their best i guess, can't get them all at once.

Yeah some coppers are a bit dodgey and relaly grumpy bastards but ones that just do their job and bust illegal folk then whats wrong with them?

Don't ride/drive illegally and you won't have a problem with them.

Because he wasn't possibly affecting someone elses life by getting them banned, loosing their job and leaving his family without money for food.

He was only screwing himself over. Smile

If he has a brain he will back out of buying it as he will need to . . .

A) Insure it as he will need insurance for getting it released and also for ..

B) Taxing it (cant be done till Monday it the earliest if a cover note arrives)

C) Get a new legal plate made up.

Otherwise they wont release the bike. Looks like the storage charges are going to build up.

He can do so pretty much immediatly. It is his full licence that is revoked rather than a ban. So just needs to get a provisional again and do his CBT.

All the best

No chance. Poor pay and too much abuse for my liking.

Also there is some kind of blue reflective sticker just to the upper right of the BMW badge on N30's that does not appear on Mac Kaliba's Cool

Onto the original post - I feel like I've missed half of the story? Why the heck were you running the wrong plates? And gutted!

A: As I have recently posted we got the NSR running again last Saturday, my RVF is at college in pieces and the NSR has no Tax, MOT or Insurance.
I put the RVF plate on the NSR as a throw off for the police, I know for a fact its worked a few times allready becuase I've had a T5 follow me on two occasions in the past week, and neither time did I get pulled.

Exactly, I like to excercise true freedom... This is a delay for me, not the end of the chapter.
Difference is my approach will not harm the innocent.

B) Wrong, simply need to book it in for an MOT.
