As a general rule if its fitted it needs to work.
So if its justa case of a bust bulb or duff wiring you need to fix. If its never had one then you should be OK.
Best bet call in and ask MOT tester.....

You need the repeater/warning light fitted and working if you can't see any of the indicators while you're riding the bike - i.e can't tell if they are working or not.
