I was wondering what stores i could pick up bulk paraffin for cleaning my chain with?

i was thinking of putting it into a spray, and then spray chain with paraffin, then working it in with a toothbrush and then hose chain with clean water then lube.

Sound like a plan?

and it fecking hurts ! i pinched my thumb between chain and spocket but only just... dread to think what mythumb would have looked like had it have made it just 1 tooth further onto the sprocket

So lets be careful when chain and rags come to meet

garden centres do it.
i always use gunk
what ever you use, i always do it as quick as possible so that the cleaner doesnt soak past the 'o' rings. then i take the bike out for a blast to dry it and lube when i get back.
