sprockets for long distance on 400 bandit

[chillyman0]

Anyone know what the best sprocket set would be best for my next chain and sprocket change? im at uni and do 130/140 miles in a weekend if i go home and upwards of 200 miles if i see the girlfriend. economy isnt too bad as it is but could be better and i do still like to 'play' when the weather is nice so i dont want to kill the acceleration. the set that is on there at the minute is the stock factory sizes so if anyone has any experience with the bandit 4's the advice would be greatly welcomed
thanks
