need help please..

to cut a long story short

i have snapped the key for my yamaha jog rr by accident, and i did not get given a spare when i bought the bike.

is there anything i can do except buying a new thingy ma bob

as u can see arnt engine minded (yet) i am getting there lol..

i guessing here but is the steering lock on ?? i take it that it has one,

correct me if im wrong but you need the ignition to turn to release the steering lock so you can take the ignition switch off,

lock smith me think you need they might be able to get the broken bit out and and match the broken key n cut you a new one, could be pricey.

price up a new or second hand ignition and see which is cheapest

or you could try to become a bike thief and bypass it

it does have a steering lock but it wasnt on.

and if i dont have the end bit... is there a number they can go on

Work it out with some tweezers and copy the key with a needle files on a brass blank.
