Ebay.. again, argh

I bought a gift for my bro in laws birthday on the 15th of November. It was his birthday on the 26th so I expected it to have arrived in that time frame considering it was coming from Manchester.

(Could walk from Manchester to Glasgow in 11 days!)

I emailed the seller on the 25th asking if there was a problem, and I've had no response whatsoever.

What do I do, as this has never happened to me? I don't want to jump straight to negative feedback like a n00b.

Open a dispute. Just follow the instructions, it's fairly easy.

As wazza says open a dispute, you can do that after 14 days of not recieving I think. Have you emailed the sellers with your disgruntlement?

I notice now they have an estimated delivery time on everything you order, which is bull as I was meant to get something about 4 days ago and the seller only posted it yesterday as he emailed me dispatch.

I won an auction for a book on thursday night. It arrived today.
The book was described as being in good condition, but to be honest its like new, and as its 26 years old i'm really pleased.
Big to the seller. I think i've only had a couple of bad transactions out of 170+ transactions.

Why do some sellers not leave feedback? I have 4 on my list that havnt and asked them a few times and they have left everyone else it
was no prob with transactions either.
